I got this recipe from Sandra Lee... This is by far one of my favorite recipes to make on a Saturday or Sunday morning :) Yes, they are that DELICIOUS!!
Again, I have changed some of the things in the directions to make them how I like, so if you want the real recipe go to foodtv.com and get the recipe from Sandra Lee.
1 Apple; diced into 1/2" cubes
3/4 Cup chopped Pecans
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
5 Tablespoons Butter, softened
1 Tube (8 count) Cinnamon Rolls
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Use cooking spray to make the muffin pan non-stick for sure.
In a medium bowl stir together the diced apples with the pecans and brown sugar.
Divide the apple mixture evenly into 8 muffin cups. Put the Cinnamon Rolls cinnamon side down on top of the apple mixture. Bake until the tops are golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Allow cinnamon rolls to cool for about 5 minutes and turn them over onto a clean baking sheet. Pour the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls over the tops of the sticky buns and serve!
YUMMY!!!
